Returns Policy

At Kalankit®, every item is made to order to support independent artists — hence, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons like change of mind.

Cancellations: You can cancel your order before it moves to manufacturing. Check your order status on your account page. For cancellation, email care@kalankit.com with your order number. Refunds (if applicable) take 5–7 business days to process and 10–15 business days to reflect in your account.

Replacements: We replace items only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Notify us within 3 days of delivery via email (care@kalankit.com) or a support ticket, with photos and order details. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging. Please note: We do not replace or refund items damaged due to customer mishandling..

Shipping

Delivery Charges: May apply on select products and will be shown at checkout or on the product page.

Dispatch Time: All products are made to order and usually ship within 3–4 business days, and up to 5–7 business days in some cases.

Delivery Time: Varies by location and shipping service. You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order is dispatched.

No Deliveries: On public, national, or bank holidays.

Change of Address: Before dispatch: Email care@kalankit.com immediately with your order details to request changes. After dispatch: We cannot change the delivery address. If undeliverable, the item will be returned to us and processed accordingly.

Delivery Restrictions: We ship PAN India via trusted courier partners. In rare cases where your location is not serviceable, we’ll use India Post to deliver.

About the Artist: "Rumana is a surface pattern designer and illustrator based in Navi Mumbai, India. She specializes in botanical-inspired designs infused with urban elements, working across watercolor, ink, and digital media. Her recent work explores the development of motif-based patterns using watercolors. Outside the studio, she finds joy in gardening, baking, and spending time with her family."
