Returns Policy
At Kalankit®, every item is made to order to support independent artists — hence, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons like change of mind.
Cancellations: You can cancel your order before it moves to manufacturing. Check your order status on your account page. For cancellation, email care@kalankit.com with your order number. Refunds (if applicable) take 5–7 business days to process and 10–15 business days to reflect in your account.
Replacements: We replace items only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Notify us within 3 days of delivery via email (care@kalankit.com) or a support ticket, with photos and order details. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Please note: 1. We do not replace or refund items damaged due to customer mishandling.
2. Actual product color may vary slightly from images due to different lighting conditions during photography; returns or replacement on this basis will not be accepted..

Dispatch Time: All products are made to order and usually ship within 3–4 business days, and up to 5–7 business days in some cases.

No Deliveries: On public, national, or bank holidays.
Change of Address: Before dispatch: Email care@kalankit.com immediately with your order details to request changes. After dispatch: We cannot change the delivery address. If undeliverable, the item will be returned to us and processed accordingly.
Delivery Restrictions: We ship PAN India via trusted courier partners. In rare cases where your location is not serviceable, we’ll use India Post to deliver.
