WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?
Delivery charges may apply to certain products/services and would be communicated at the time of placing the order or on the product page itself.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME?
Every order you place on kalankit.com is a made-to-order process to facilitate our customers with a wide range of designs. All Kalankit’s products are handcrafted by local artisans and we ensure the best quality. Hence, generally, your order will be shipped in 3-4 business days, which can extend up to 5-7 business days in some cases, after the confirmation of the order, and the delivery time shall vary as per the location and service chose while ordering.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
The estimated dispatch time of each product is written under the Shipping and Returns tab on the respective product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is handling your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

ON WHICH DAYS IS DELIVERY NOT AVAILABLE?
We don’t deliver on Public, national, or bank holidays.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO REQUEST FOR CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
If the order has been placed but not dispatched-
Once the order has been placed but not dispatched that means we have received the confirmation and your order is in our warehouse where we are working to get it dispatched. So as your order is still not dispatched, you need to contact our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible for the changes in the order. Please note for security reasons we will require you to answer a few security questions before we can make any changes to your order.

 If the order has been dispatched-
Once the order has been placed and dispatched, we would be unable to redirect the order to the secondary delivery address. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and our policies are made to provide a better shopping experience for all our customers. If our shipper is unable to ship the order to your provided address then the order is automatically returned to our warehouse and processed as a return.

PRODUCTS CAN NOT BE SHIPPED TO MY ADDRESS, WHY?

That’s so rare! Don’t worry we will do our best to make it possible for you. Although we ship to PAN INDIA, through several renowned courier partners. If the order is still not deliverable to your location, then probably you are at a remote location where our courier partners do not have reach. In that case, we use India Post to ship orders.
