DELIVERY
You will be given various options for the delivery of items during the order process. The options available to you will vary depending on where you are ordering from. Sometimes, the delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by e-mail and SMS. However, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to the delay in delivery.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
As much as we’d like to, we can’t always guarantee your happiness with a product. Kalankit is a multi-artist design platform, and every item is made to order. Every purchase pays an artist. In respect of that, we do not accept returns. However, for manufacturing defaults or shipping damages, we offer replacements.
